GP Candle Co. makes Good Candles for Good People (that’s you!)Founded in 2012, GP Candle Co., then Greenmarket Purveying Company, began as an adventure to capture and celebrate fine fragrance, olfactory experiences, and to create well thought, designed, and produced products. With that love of fragrance and its powerful connection to memory as our guide we have crafted our products to not only smell amazing, but to also be clean burning, aesthetically beautiful and be mindfully sourced. We use a U.S. grown, non-gmo soy wax blend, high quality natural and naturally derived fragrances, cotton wicks, and have designed our vessels and packaging to be reusable or recyclable. Our fragrances are vegan, cruelty free, and free of phthalates and parabens.
Over time our studio became a place of joy not only for those pouring candles, packing orders, or designing packaging, but for those who found a new favorite fragrance or a scent that evoked a powerful memory. Now owned by some of the artists and makers who helped grow the company over its year of business, GP Candle is proudly woman owned and operated and still producing all of our products and designs by hand in our PA studio.
